*2. Roles and Responsibilities*

*a. For Customers*:

- Customers are required to make all payments directly to City Solutions through the platform. - Payments are secured, and City Solutions will disburse the appropriate amount to the professional after deducting the agreed-upon commission. - *Customers are prohibited from paying professionals directly. If a customer violates this policy, the security deposit collected by City Solutions will not be refunded.*

*b. For Professionals*:

- Professionals must agree that all payments from customers will be collected by City Solutions. The platform will deduct the agreed-upon commission before transferring the remaining amount to the professional. - Professionals must not request or accept direct payments from customers. Violations will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payments. ---

*3. Payment and Commission Policy*

*a. Payment Process*:

1. Customers must pay the total service amount to City Solutions during the booking process. 2. City Solutions will deduct the applicable service fee (commission) before transferring the payment to the professional. 3. Payments to professionals are processed within [specific time frame, e.g., 48 hours] of job completion and customer confirmation.

*b. Commission Rates for Professionals*:

Professionals agree to pay City Solutions a service fee based on the type of service provided:
- *Electricians*: 10% of the project cost or daily rate.
- *Plumbers*: 10% of the project cost or daily rate.
- *Physiotherapists*: 10% of the daily rate.
- *Mehndi Artists*: 10% per client.
- *Beauticians*: 10% per client.
- *Labourers*: 10% per day or per project.
- *Painters*: 10% of the project cost or daily rate.
- *Photographers*: 10% of the project cost or per shoot.
- *Carpenters*: 10% of the project cost or daily rate.

*c. Direct Payments*:

- *Customers must pay directly to City Solutions.* - *If a customer pays a professional directly, the customer’s security deposit collected by City Solutions will not be refunded.* - Professionals who accept direct payments from customers will face immediate suspension of their account and forfeiture of any pending payments. ---

*4. Cancellation and Refund Policy*

- Customers can request cancellations in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude the service fee. - In case a professional fails to complete a job, City Solutions may issue a partial or full refund to the customer.

*5. Professional Conduct and Penalties*

- Professionals are prohibited from accepting direct payments or attempting to bypass the platform. Violations will lead to: - Immediate suspension or termination of the account. - Loss of any payments held by City Solutions as a security measure.

*6. Limitation of Liability*

- CitySolutions.in acts solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by professionals or disputes arising between customers and professionals. - Any disputes regarding service quality must be resolved directly between the customer and the professional. ---

*7. Privacy and Data Protection*

*8. Amendments*
